Black Beans:
Heat cooked black beans (homemade or canned).

Make the Lemon Slaw:
In a large bowl, whisk together ๐ lemon juice, Dijon mustard, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Add shredded cabbage (and carrots, if using), and toss to coat.
Let sit while you prep the restโit gets better as it marinates. ๐ฅฌ -
Warm the Shredded Pork (or pick your own protein):
Reheat your shredded pork in a skillet over low heat.
Add a splash of bone broth or water if needed. Warm through and season to taste. ๐ฅ -
