Protein Energy Balls ⚡🌰
No-bake, naturally sweet, and perfect for a pre/post-workout bite or mid-afternoon treat.
✨ Ingredients:

1 cup Medjool dates (pitted — soak in warm water if firm)

1/2 cup raw almonds or walnuts

2 tbsp almond butter or cashew butter (unsweetened)

1 scoop protein powder (vanilla or unflavored works best)

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

Pinch of sea salt
Optional add-ins:

1 tbsp cacao powder (for chocolate flavor)
