Founder, Creator, & Visionary

As the Founder of Life’ing Over 50, I explore how women can optimize their health to feel stronger, more resilient, and empowered to age well—with intention.

Blending science-backed insights, decades of experience, and lived perspective, I focus on four key pillars that support longevity—Mindset, Strength, Fuel, and Biohacking—so women can reconnect with their bodies, rebuild trust in their inner wisdom, and live with intention—because aging well matters. It’s about the small, intentional choices you make every day.

Personal growth has always been woven into my story. I grew up in Brooklyn as a Highly Sensitive Person (HSP), feeling the world intensely—energized by the city’s rhythm, yet easily overstimulated by its pace. I was deeply attuned to subtleties others missed, and that sensitivity made me keenly aware of how our environment, habits, diet, and mindset shape our overall well-being.

Drawn toward a calmer pace and a greater sense of spaciousness, I found my way to San Diego. Later, I earned a B.S. in Social Ecology and Biology, followed by an M.S. in Clinical Psychophysiology and Biofeedback—fields rooted in functional medicine. I began teaching these strategies to others—and in many ways, I was teaching what I most needed to learn myself. That’s a big part of why I’m here.

My Experience

  • Health educator and biofeedback practitioner for chronic pain clients
  • Researcher on a virtual reality (VR) study for fear of flying
  • Drove business development for early Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) innovations
  • Managed a nonprofit team serving individuals with developmental disabilities
  • Led a global client education program—developed scalable learning content, hosted webinars, and collaborated across regions during a 16-year corporate career.

After a series of personal upheavals—including caregiving, grief, health challenges, and burnout—I stepped back to reassess. In that pause, I reconnected with what truly matters.

Life’ing Over 50 is more than a publication—it’s a space where science meets soul—and soft structure offers a path to reconnect, reflect, and grow. It’s an invitation to become stronger and trust your body again.

These days, I’m life’ing coast-to-coast between Healdsburg, CA, and Brooklyn, NY. I write, create, and share from lived experience—staying accountable to my own growth.
