Aging Well Matters
It’s About the Small, Intentional Choices
You Make Each day
Welcome to Life’ing Over 50
In Her Honor
For my mother,
Who taught me resilience without saying a word.
You are in this work—always.
Life’ing Over 50 began after a long season of upheaval—losing my mom, leaving a long career, moving multiple times, and adjusting to a quieter life. It became a chance to begin again—with a version of myself that feels more honest.
Aging well isn’t about perfection or pretending everything’s fine. It’s about finding your way back to yourself—especially when your body, identity, or daily life has shifted in ways you didn’t expect.
This space blends science, soft structure, and soul—a holistic approach rooted in lived experience and foundational principles often overlooked by traditional medicine.
It’s about tuning in, learning what it means to feel well again, and living in a way that truly serves you—without shame, sacrifice, or going hungry.
Too often, conventional care dismisses women’s symptoms, offering quick fixes instead of addressing root causes. The system continues to overlook women—especially those over 50—during one of the most pivotal transitions of life.
That failure led me to trust my instincts, reconnect with myself, and return to simple daily rituals that allowed me to feel well again.
At the heart of this work is a lifelong practice: parenting myself—moving from survival to empowered self-care and autonomy.
Through four key pillars—Mindset, Fuel, Strength, and Biohacking—I share science-backed insights and actionable tips that helped me get my groove back after feeling untethered.
If you’re ready to feel stronger, healthier, and more at home in your body—and rebuild a life that feels authentic to you—you’re in the right place.
